This process is carried out by means of remote monitoring of the following parameters:

  • Compressor status: Start/stop & loading/unloading
  • Status of auxiliary equipment: Grease pump, dryer, water pumps and cooling system
  • Water, air and oil pressures/temperatures
  • Engine temperatures
  • Alarms
  • Verification sharepoints

Acquiring a FULL SERVICE contract, the level of remote monitoring increases. In these cases, ABC not only monitors and interprets the parameters and key indicators of the compressor, but also assumes its responsibility in an integral manner. Taking charge in turn of the predictive maintenance, necessary corrective measures and extending the warranty of the equipment for the term agreed with the client.
